A lot of shit going on right now, so I'm trying to focus on something else. I suppose weigt loss for the cruise in July. I need to have a spectacular bikini bod by that time. And If I don't start now I will be the fat American on he cruise. So now I gotta shape up.

Yeah it sounds good. Jus cut out the engergy drinks. Your suppose to do cardio one day and then do weights the next. and keep rotating like that. good luck
